Ksc with all efforts to comtinuous up gradation in product range KSC is offering a very good HORIZONTAL HYDRAULIC HOSE CRIMPING MACHINE. The machine is with 8 Die segment moning redially in the die magazine with the help of hydraulic cylinder. The position control and corresponding depth of crimp is achieved by adedicated electro-hydraulity control. the crimping head is positioned at a working height on the top of hydraulic reservior and easily operated with the help of adjacent control panel.

The through pointing of the machine is 140 mm dia which facilitates crimping of heavy flanged and elbow fittings. The quick movement of the magazine as high as 100 mm on diameter facilitates easy removal of hose assemblies with bends, elboes and flanged ends. Tool rack is provided are the left side of the machine for storage of the die.
