Anchor Mounted Drill Rig:
PNEUMATIC ANCHOR MOUNTED DRILL RIG for drilling Angular holes from 20 degree horizontal to Vertical to a depth of 30mtrs specially used for drilling Grout holes for Strengthening of Foundation. The Mast is capable of handling 76mm dia ODX1.5mtrs (5ft) Drill Pipe fitted with 4.5H.P Rotation unit & 4.5H.P feed unit. The Mast is raised & lower by Hydraulic Cylinder operated by direction control valve or manually operated as per customized.

D.T.H. HAMMER VERSION : The D.T.H. Hammer version of the versatile wagon drill is equipped with pneumatic D.T.H. Hammer with air rotation unit which is well-known for its simplicity & reliability. It consumes less air & delivers all round performance. Suitable for the hole size 102-114mm (4½) the top-hammer version is the first choice for quarrying, trenching & consolidation jobs.
TOP-HAMMER VERSION : The Top-hammer version of the versatile Wagon Drill is equipped with pneumatic rock drills KSC 120F which is well-known for its simplicity & reliability. It consumes less air & delivers all round performance. Suitable for hole sizes 48-76mm, the Top-hammer version is the first choice for quarrying, trenching & consolidation jobs.
FEED BEAM WITH WIDE RANGE OF ADJUSTMENT : The feed can be titled downloads from a horizontal position over a vertical 98º arc. Horizonal holes can be collared down to 800mm above ground. It can be swung laterally 15º in both directions. The beam is raised and lowerd by a manually-operated hydraulic cylinder.
HIGH -PRESSURE AIR SYSTEM : The air system is normally scalled to a working pressure of 150 psig (10.5 kg/cm²) Lubricating values ensure a uniform and adequate supply of oil of the compressed air. All controls are grouped together for easy access.
